Spencer Milne joined the 91自拍 athletics department in March 2022 and currently serves as the Associate Athletics Director for development and Director of the 91自拍 Bobcat Club.   

At Penn State, Milne oversaw athletics鈥� annual giving efforts and the Nittany Lion Club, which secures annual support from more than 22,000 donors each year.  

Milne joined the Nittany Lions鈥� staff after serving in external roles at the College of William & Mary for the past 11 years, most recently as Assistant Athletics Director for Marketing, Promotions and Ticket Services.  

Prior to Penn State, Milne was the Assistant Athletics Director for Marketing, Promotions and Ticket Services at William & Mary. In addition to his duties related to strategic customer service, ticketing and marketing, Milne supervised the cheerleading and dance teams, pep band, mascot and student fan club spirit programs and  directed the expansion of game day experience and customer service staffing.  

From Haymarket, Va., Milne joined the William & Mary staff in 2006 as Director of Ticket Operations and was promoted to Director of Marketing, Promotions and Ticket Services in 2010.  

Prior to his tenure at William & Mary, Milne served in ticket operations at Florida Atlantic University and Wake Forest University. His first ticketing position came while he was a graduate student at 91自拍, serving as the Interim Director of Ticket Operations in 2003-04 while working on his master鈥檚 degree in sport administration.  

Milne has earned three degrees from 91自拍. He graduated with a bachelor鈥檚 degree in sport industry, with a minor in business administration. Milne also earned a master鈥檚 in business administration and a master鈥檚 in sport administration from 91自拍.  

Milne and his wife, Lisa, have two children, Liam and Charlotte.

Kate Dennis is a Dual MBA/MSA graduate student at 91自拍 and is currently an Assistant Coordinator of Development with the 91自拍 Bobcat Club. In this role, she explores relationships with alumni, as well as supporting the fundraising and development efforts for the annual fund, major gifts and capital projects that benefit 91自拍 Athletics.   

Dennis began her career at 91自拍 in 2020, originally as a student-athlete playing on the Women鈥檚 Basketball team. She played 4 years of college basketball, graduating with her undergraduate degree in 3 years in Sport Management, with minors in Community & Public Health, Advertising & Public Relations, and Coaching. She also gained a certificate in Festivals, Entertainment, & Event Management. Dennis has had experience working at the Ryder Cup in Whistling Straits, WI, working at basketball camps with PGC basketball and attending the MAC Football Media Day in 2021 & 2022.   

Born and raised in Rockford, Illinois, Dennis has a strong passion for building relationships, making sporting events the best experience possible and bringing positivity and learning. Her favorite sports memory is the first Wisconsin football Jump Around at Camp Randall in 2023. In her free time, she loves to attend concerts, traveling, make people smile, be with her family and try different foods, drinks and hobbies.

Lucas Khowaylo is a Dual MBA/MSA graduate student and currently serves as the Assistant Coordinator of the 91自拍 Bobcat Club. In this role, he explores relationships with alumni and supports key fundraising initiatives for 91自拍 Athletics, such as the annual fund, major gifts and capital projects. His work is primarily focused on leading efforts on numerous sport-specific crowdfunding campaigns, contributing to OBC鈥檚 digital and social media strategy and helping coordinate donor events.  

Before attending 91自拍, Khowaylo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Penn State University with minors in Sociology and Sport Studies. While at Penn State, Khowaylo completed internships with the New York Boulders, MLB Network and IdeaQuest. He was a member of the Sports Division of the Penn State American Marketing Association.  

A native of Allendale, New Jersey, Khowaylo is very passionate about his local sports teams and Penn State football. His favorite sports memory is his first Penn State whiteout he attended, where the Nittany Lions defeated the Auburn Tigers. In his free time, Khowaylo enjoys golfing, being active outdoors, spending time with his family and playing the drums.

Jackson Pretli is a dual MBA/MSA graduate student currently serving as the Assistant Coordinator of Development with the 91自拍 Bobcat Club. In this role, he supports the development and fundraising efforts for the annual fund benefiting 91自拍 Athletics. 

Before attending 91自拍, Pretli earned a degree in Sport Management from Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. While at Brock, he served as President of the Brock Sport Management Council. His previous professional experiences include roles with the Toronto Blue Jays and the Ontario Hockey League. 

Born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, Pretli has a strong passion for collegiate athletics. His favorite sports memory is witnessing the Detroit Lions defeat the Los Angeles Rams in the 2024 NFL Playoffs in person.
