As communicated last year, 91自拍 has executed local hotel contracts with the 91自拍 Inn & Conference Center (OU Inn) and Hampton Inn Athens. The benefits of these contracts include:

• Stable and predictable room rates.
• Reduced contracting requirements.
• Standardized terms and conditions as well as included amenities.

New Fiscal Year 2027 Rates - Individual Room Rates ($ per night)

Blackout Dates

Blackout dates represent peak periods when the above contract rates will not apply. If you book during these times, you will be charged market rates:

OU Inn Event Bookings

Cancellation Fees

For group events, including guest rooms, meeting spaces, banquets, and catering services, the following cancellation fees apply:

• If you cancel within 0-29 days of the event, you will pay 75% of the quoted costs.
• If you cancel within 30-60 days of the event, you will owe 50% of the quoted costs.
• If you cancel within 61-90 days of the event, you will pay 25% of the quoted costs.
• If you cancel more than 90 days from the date of the event, you will owe nothing.

Event Terms and Conditions

• Group rooms, banquets, conferences, meetings, catering, and room rentals are covered under the University's master agreement and do not require a separate contract.
• The OU Inn will request event details to prepare a quote or Statement of Work (SOW).
• Quotes/SOWs may be accepted via email.
• Employees do not have authority to sign contracts or contract-like documents. If asked to sign any agreement, contact Procurement for assistance.
• Approved quotes/SOWs should be submitted through a requisition in BobcatBUY (BCB), which will generate a Purchase Order (PO).

Payment Options

The following payment options are available for both the OU Inn and Hampton Inn Athens:

Direct Billing

• Hotels may bill the University directly.
• Invoices should be processed against a PO in BobcatBUY.
• Invoices must be submitted to accounts.payable@ohio.edu and include the PO number.

PCard Payments

• PCard payments are permitted for lodging charges.
• Do not charge coffee, meals, room service, or other incidental expenses to the PCard, as University policy requires meals and incidental expenses to be reimbursed through the per diem process, after the fact.
• Hotels may require completion of a credit card authorization form.

Amenities

Amenities included under both hotel agreements remain unchanged from prior years.
