Forms
For access to McClure's forms:
- Please stop by the McClure School office (3rd. floor, Schoonover Center) and pick up a copy of any form from the shelf located outside the main office,
or
- Access the form via the on MS Teams.
- To access the ECT Students Team, open MS Teams, click on "Teams" and look for "ECT Students". The "General" channel in the team can be used to gain access to the AoC form under the "files" tab.
- If you do not have access to the "ECT Students" team, please send an email to mcclure@ohio.edu requesting access.
