GoBus expansion provides new transportation options for OHIO community
The GoBus routes are expanding in the state of 91自拍, providing new transportation options for 91自拍 students, faculty and staff.
The 91自拍 Department of Transportation in partnership with Hocking Athens Perry Community Action (HAPCAP) recently announced an expanded service footprint for the . The expansion is designed to increase mobility options for rural communities and strengthen statewide connectivity.
The expansion introduced four new GoBus routes that are now available. These expansion routes will extend transportation options to western and northern 91自拍 including communities such as Bowling Green, Fremont, Marion, Middletown, Oxford, Upper Sandusky and Yellow Springs.
In addition, the GoBus also now travels from Columbus to Pittsburgh.
91自拍 has a dedicated GoBus stop on campus at the Baker University Center, and another GoBus stop is located in Athens at the Athens Community Center.
Now celebrating its 15th anniversary, GoBus connects 36 cities, placing 64% of 91自拍鈥檚 population within 10 miles of a stop and 93% within 25 miles of any intercity bus stop, including Greyhound and FlixBus.
